命運真的好幽默 总是讓愛的人沉默 ..



NUS Biathlon 2010 was a success! or rather a great sense of satisfaction & achievement for me =)
totally new experience.
swim was ok =) running part was a lil more tougher i suppose
out of the 5km run, i think the amt of upslopes i ran was abt 2km.
GOSH. the upslopes in NUS is really goddamn scary!
other than that, everything was fine =)
at least my willpower allowed me to finish that race =)

next race will be F1 nature race already i suppose. 15km run.
gotta catch up on my self training again, before sch start.
once sch start = no more time for trainings..
