Levante vs Real Madrid.
Shockingly, the game ended with a draw of 0-0
zomg. how can it be. the last time they lost to levante was in 2007.
and other than that the other matches that they played head to head, real madrid won.
sian ttm.
there are just so many potential goals , but yet, no one is able to get the ball in.
sigh..sian ttm!
so far, the only console up till now is valencia won real sporting with the score of 2-0 and the most amazing thing about it is..
they scored in the 2 goals within the first 10mins of the game
anyway.congrats to Valencia..
looks like they are going up the ranking of La Liga as of now.

cuz i got my NASSA gold cert like finally =))
gold star..way to go! JIAYOU!
lesson was kinda scary yesterday too.
warm up was 8 laps of side stroke
then followed by 6 laps of freestyle drill
then followed by 6 sets of 2 laps freestyle swim
4 sets of 25m butterfly and 25m breast stroke.
biathlon will be awesome!
any recommendation for high-intensity sports?

yellow ribbon prison run 2010 is gonna be the most amazing run i have ever participated so far.
why?
1. running with a poncho
2. running in the rain ( pretty heavy rain)
3. queueing to get back my baggage (will u believe if i said i queued for 45mins?)
4. how long the queue is to take the shuttle bus back to expo
5. scenery is sugoi~~~
but still ...sighs.
i cant help but kinda feel a little upset tt im so weak.
i really hate that kinda feeling
i guess. all in all. i could have tried to NOT STOP at all
but the pain gets too unbearable that i have to stop..
seeing all the people overtaking,
seeing everyone doing their best to maintain/gain their momentum
seeing the motivators trying their best to motivate the runners
seeing the banners (cum distance marker)
kinda make me feel guilty. and i really hate myself for stopping
sigh...
physio tml is gonna be a torture.definitely.and im gonna pray for the best.
