its saturday!!!
today's the day for sentosa=))
hehehe. and im tanned !!! woooooohooo!!
but then ...went off early for swimming lessons
so... didn really get to tan as much as i wanted to initially bahs
hmmmm...other than that..
swimmmmmming..
dunno waddsup with uncle joey again.
he is making us do weird drills again.
lets see if i can recall what i did
I reached a little later than the rest.
so... i only did 4 laps of freestyle for warm-up
then after that followed by 2 more laps of freestyle
then followed by 3 x 4laps of freestyle under 5min (timing)
then last but not least, the weird stuff came in
3 x 1 lap of weird combi
(weird combi consists of freestyle kick + 5 double arm, then followed by 10 strokes of breast-stroke => repeat until reached the end of the 50m)
so all in all .... 21 laps.
my bro did 25 laps though... sian.
so much for being late.
nevermind... will add it into my self-training the next time i go swimming then
hmmmm.thats all for the time being
