命運真的好幽默 总是讓愛的人沉默 ..

yellow ribbon prison run 2010 is gonna be the most amazing run i have ever participated so far.

why?
1. running with a poncho
2. running in the rain ( pretty heavy rain)
3. queueing to get back my baggage (will u believe if i said i queued for 45mins?)
4. how long the queue is to take the shuttle bus back to expo
5. scenery is sugoi~~~

but still ...sighs.
i cant help but kinda feel a little upset tt im so weak.
i really hate that kinda feeling
i guess. all in all. i could have tried to NOT STOP at all
but the pain gets too unbearable that i have to stop..

seeing all the people overtaking,
seeing everyone doing their best to maintain/gain their momentum
seeing the motivators trying their best to motivate the runners
seeing the banners (cum distance marker)
kinda make me feel guilty. and i really hate myself for stopping
sigh...

physio tml is gonna be a torture.definitely.and im gonna pray for the best.
hope tml's gonna be a great day!!
